Select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to bag”. Your order will be sent to us when you have confirmed your billing and delivery address and payment information.

How do I order by phone?

Should you require further information or advice, please contact Customer Service. The team will be happy to answer all your questions and advise you on selecting the right piece of jewelry. Reach us Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (CEST). Please note Customer Service is not available during German public holidays.

Some pieces are custom made and will need to be adapted individually, such as rings, while other pieces like COLLECTIBLES are one-of-a-kind and may be located at one of our worldwide boutiques, at a trunkshow or a special event. For products that need to be customized or located by our team, it is important that we advise you correctly. You will therefore be forwarded to Customer Service to make sure you receive a piece of jewelry that is perfectly tailored to you.
